Gluten Free Pizza Dough
Ingredients
Mix:
- 1 cp brown rice flour
- 1 cp tapioca flour
- 2 tsp arrowroot flour
- 3 tsp xantham gum
seperate bowl mix:
- 3/4 cp warm water (between 110° - 115°)
- 4 1/2 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
and proof
Mix yeast mix with:
- 2 ea egg whites
- 2 tbsp olive oil
combine and mix dry and wet, let rise.
