Chocolate Mousse
Melt in Double Boiler:
- 200 g Chocolate, diced
- 4 1/2 tbsp Brandy
Allow to cool for 3 minutes and combine with
- 3 Egg Yolks
Whisk in separate Bowl to soft peaks
- 1 cp Heavy Cream
- 50 g Sugar
Fold with chocolate mixture
Beat in additional bowl to soft peaks
- 3 Egg Whites
Fold with rest
Pour into serving cups, cover and let set for 3+ hours in the fridge.
